CROFT provides a range of design services on rental, maintenance, and fueling facilities for one of the country’s leading truck rental and leasing companies. Additionally, CROFT provides due diligence, pre-design, full architectural and engineering documents, contractor bidding and negotiations, and construction administration for project locations throughout the United States, both new builds and renovation of existing sites. Facility functions include offices for service and retail, multiple maintenance bays, a truck wash bay, tire and parts storage, equipment for sole source maintenance, and fuel service islands.
