CROFT developed a comprehensive master plan and construction cost estimate for the rehabilitation of the historic Andersonville cemetery. The master plan detailed requirements for the replacement of asphalt roadways, preservation of historic pavements, raising low-lying areas to allow for additional burial sites, preservation of historic landscapes, new stormwater infrastructure, rerouting water and electrical utilities, Burial Management Plan, Vegetation Management Plan, NEPA and Section 106 compliance, geotechnical investigation, and topographic survey.
