CROFT designed a new 42,200 SF recreational center to be constructed in two phases, Phase I – totaling 25,100 SF and Phase II totaling 17,100 SF. The final facility encompasses three gym floors for multiple indoor sports activities, a gymnastic room, fitness room, administrative office and space for future activities. The upper level, accessible by elevator and stairs, leads to an elevated walking track that runs the perimeter of the three gym floors.
