The Ft. Yargo Shelter is part of the greater Ft. Yargo State Park renovation. The shelter is designed to be part of the Park’s cohesive experience, marrying the latest parkitecture of the State Park. This new shelter is designed as a wedding venue and corporate events space with a one-hundred-person banquet hall, catering kitchen, bridal suite and event deck which capture vistas of the Ft. Yargo State Park Lake. The facility is designed with floor to ceiling pictures window to provide expansive views of the Park. This facility is integrated into the Park’s trail system that leads to the newly designed cottages and beach house.
