Dunes Village Resort – Phase II

The design challenge of this twin-tower, 338,635 SF, 173-unit condominium was seamlessly connecting the new buildings to an existing 91-unit converted hotel. PMH | CROFT expanded and updated the existing lobby and added an expansive porte-cochere to create a seamless experience for owners and guests. The $40.6 million project opened in 2007.

The vibrant color scheme draws visitors into the resort’s 30,000 SF indoor water park, large oceanfront pool, lazy river, and sun deck. Dunes Village was voted one of the Top 5 Luxury Resorts in Myrtle Beach in 2023 by U.S. News and World Report.
