CROFT coordinated the effort for the site design and building of a 41,500 SF studio containing 2 stages for film production services, as well as the renovation of an existing 38,000 SF office building. Planned for future design and construction are an additional 20,000 SF studio and a 12,000 SF, 3-story office building.
