CROFT provided conceptual planning, preliminary design, and pricing documents for the repurposing of an old 2-story 12,500 SF bank building into the new home for Advocates For Children services. Working with the client, CROFT captured its vision to create an early package for fundraising. In addition, add-on services included design ideas, renderings for the renovation of their existing shelter, as well as planning another study of repurposing their existing converted house in a new shelter with future expansion opportunities.
