GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in the A/E/C industry, with proven experience in producing proposals and marketing materials
using the Adobe Creative Cloud. This position will play a key role in supporting CROFT’s marketing efforts throughout 6 offices.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Participate in all aspects of project pursuits including overall strategy, messaging, content development, production, and delivery.
Responsible for full spectrum of RFQ/P response development from coordination to completion. - Develop and maintain written marketing collateral including project sheets, resumes, market sector brochures, and other collateral.
- Assist with development creative campaigns.
- Work with marketing team to develop social media initiatives and continue to maximize presence innovatively.
- Demonstrate familiarity with industry trade organizations, publications, conferences, and events.
- Participate in professional organization to promote firm visibility and recognition.
- Coordination of Tradeshows, Conferences and Events from sponsorship to event setup.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years of experience working in A/E/C firms or in a peripheral field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated technical and non-technical writing competency.
- An eye for graphic design and aesthetic elements.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, along with a positive team attitude.
- Ability to trouble shoot and adjust accordingly.
- Flexibility regarding job responsibilities and time commitments.
- Ability to balance workload, prioritize and work multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
